About Alex

I didn’t learn real estate from a textbook; I learned it on job sites. After 15 years of flipping houses with my family, I developed a sharp eye for the integrity of a property. For my buyers, that means I’m looking for quality workmanship and spotting the red flags that others miss. For my sellers, it means I know exactly which updates are worth the investment and how to position your home’s structural value to get the right offer.

I’ve never been a fan of the typical sales approach. I believe in giving you the straight facts so you can make an informed decision for your future. I don’t use my selling skills on my clients; I save those for the negotiating table. Whether you are navigating a complex sale or looking for a home that fits your lifestyle, I take your interests personally—I’m the one who handles the friction and digs in to make sure you aren’t being taken advantage of.

My wife and I are raising our children here in South Shore. Because I live where I work, I view my clients as future neighbors. I’m not the kind of agent who vanishes after the closing; if a problem arises down the road, I want to be your first call so I can help you remedy the situation.
